In recent years, although China has developed at top speed in economy, the domestic enterprises’ management also becomes more scientific and normative, the influence of the vestiges of thousands of years’ feudalism and totalitarianism in Chinese culture makes the political behaviors become the lingering shadow in Chinese enterprises. The common organizational political behaviors in companies in China will cause their employees develop corresponding perceptions of organizational politics, which inevitably affect their attitude and behaviors. As a kind of negative behaviors, counterproductive work behaviors’ universality and strong destructive effect makes it increasingly become a concerned topic in Chinese academia and industry.
