| Population aging is a trend of population development in current society. The change of age frame is influencing all the aspects of social lives abroad. All the countries in the world are more and more focusing on this serious topic. China, as the biggest developing country in the world, is facing the aging phenomenon at the background of low level of productivity and economy, which will cause deep influence on economy and social development. One of the most important countermeasures to deal with the aging situation is to develop aging industry, which is also the request of deepening the reform of socialist market economy. It can maintain our country economy and the society coordinated development, and is the inevitable request of implementing the scientific development view rand constructing harmonious social. It is a request to connect with the world economy unceasingly and participate in the world competition after China has joined WTO .The situation of aging industry development relates the general situation of reform, the development and the stability. Developing the aging industry needs certain system, the rule of law and some policy environment. Positively exploring and formulating appropriate policy of aging industry will provide"the soft environment"for the aging industry and can greatly promote the development of the ageing industry.The serious situation of population aging in China calls up the appearance of the aging industry. However, scholars have different understanding on the concept and the characteristics of ageing industry and different social members have great diversity in the awareness of ageing industry, besides, aging industry also exist many problems in the progress of development. Moreover, there are lots of problems in the process of development of China's aging industry. So it's necessary to make deep study on the theories and countermeasures about how to develop the aging industry.This paper consists of four parts. The first part mainly analyzes the concept of aging industry, characteristics and the practical significance of developing aging industry, starting in the controversial concept of" ageing industry". The second part mainly analyzes the existing problems in the procession of China's aging industrial development from the angles of market supply and demand relations, the industrial level and source of funding .The third part mainly analyzes the causes that leads to the plight of developing aging population in China from the angles of aging industry consumer, investment entities as well as the industry environment of aging industrial development. The fourth part will mainly discuss how to promote the development of China's aging industry with China's actual situation, including the basic principles and specific countermeasures. The development of China's aging industry should uphold the principles, such as, the combination of actively promoting and the local practice, the combination of policy guidance and social participation, the combination of economic efficiency and social benefits, the combination of generally planning and highlighting the stress, the harmony of the development of aging industry and the improvement of the market economy system. The specific countermeasures to promote China's aging industries development include establishing and perfecting the social security system of the elderly, developing the culture of ageing industries, strengthening theoretical study and the training of professionals, strengthening the theoretical research and the training of professionals of aging industry, pushing the innovation of aging products and service, establishing and perfecting the aging system of laws and regulations , formulating relevant policies, establishing diversified development modes of ageing industrial, constructing the network information platform of aging industry. |
