In modern society, with the competition between all major banks, indistinguishableness between technology and service has made manpower capital become the key to future development of banking. It makes more and more banks find the importance of employee training and regard it as a necessary human capital investment. But most of them think only much of training and ignore the training evaluation, which leads to subpar training effectiveness. Currently, the majority of banks neglect the importance of training evaluation that makes the perfect training evaluation process system not been set up.Taking the training for account managers of a bank as an instance, the author summarizes the relative training theories and mains of evaluation model in the first part of the paper, especially emphasis the Jack Philip's training model. Secondly, based on the reality of the bank, the author generally researches the actual situation of the training and takes a comprehensive evaluation of the training with Jack Philip's training model. After getting the result of the evaluation, the methods are put forward to enhance the quality of training.Based on the Jack Philip's training model, utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy synthesized evaluation, the response hierarchy of trained is evaluated. Then author analyses the relation between the power-up and the satisfaction appraisal about the training by using SPSS2003. Finally the ROI is estimated to make a generalized assessment.Training evaluation which is indispensable has been a significant approach to Improve training efficiency. This article will certain have reference to the training evaluation practice and theory research.
