With the development of economic globalization and fierce competition, Chinese logistics must focus on company management and human resources management, especially with regard to their performance management research.This paper studies the Shun Yuan Logistics Company, (hereinafter referred to SY company).It is a private third-party logistics company. Logistics has adhered the dominant. It grows in the field of logistics. But the company has inherent weaknesses in talent and management as a family business since the birth date of the existence. It is a bottleneck in personnel management. It resulted in subsequent progressive weakness with the rapid development.This paper mainly used literature and empirical analysis. It introduces the staff performance appraisal technology and the basic performance management processes. It has design of the personal interviews, questionnaires. Thereby, it provides first-hand information to improve staff performance management. With the investigations, it has summarized the main problems in staff performance management. They are the presence of organized institutions, the system of management and staff performance evaluation techniques. Then it expounded these problems. It has the main reason with leader's awareness of the importance of human resources, the special nature of the logistics industry and enterprise staff performance management system. Then draw on modern performance appraisal, performance management theory and SY company status .It gives the practical ideas, strong program design and development of a new performance management system. They included the establishment and improvement of staff performance management and organization system, improving staff performance evaluation techniques, value their performance evaluation of the results. I hope the paper will enhance SY basic management and staff performance. The paper is also expected to offer some directions and advices for more enterprises.
