As a small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, the performancemanagement in Wuhan Guoying seed company is a topic worthy of study. This company, baseon scientific research, production, processing of crop seeds, marketing services, is a good casefor evaluation of technical staff of scientific research enterprises.By analyzing the performance appraisal satisfaction, I found that the company originalperformance system can not be applied to technical personnel and must be classifiedassessment of technical personnel. According to the specific circumstances of the company,This paper build preliminary performance evaluation system for technical personnel. First ofall, the new design increase the performance feedback of this process and strengthen theeffective use of performance appraisal results; Secondly, the technical personnel performanceappraisal give full consideration to the group characteristics, weight of index in personnelperformance appraisal system; Thirdly, the new design conduct a comprehensive performanceevaluation on the point of work performance and work attitude.In a word, the goodrefinement let technical personnel to perform their duties correctly, increase the sense ofresponsibility, do a better job, help personnel decision; performance evaluation helpsmanagers found problems in organization; job evaluation can be used to improve theefficiency of the organization.Security conditions of executive performance appraisal system of the specialized technicalpersonnel is overall optimization of performance management, which attaches greatimportance to ensure the technical personnel to participate in the performance plan, formulatereasonable performance indicators, apply performance results, pay attention to performancecommunication and feedback. Performance management is the basis of the overalloptimization of air plant performance appraisal system, which is a central part of the overalloptimization of performance management. Only by combining them closely can we solve theproblem in understanding, institution and behavior.
