With the rapid development of tourism economy in China, privately-owned hotel enterprises have improved and expanded themselves in a fast speed, and are playing a more and more important role in tourism industry. However, more and more problems arise at the same time, such as parental management, poor enterprise management, flowing of brains and low quality of personnel, etc. These problems not only prevent further development of these privately-owned hotel enterprises, but also may result in the danger of going out of business if they are not properly settled. Therefore, in order to stimulate the staff to their potential and to give the priority to distribute productive factors and to facilitate the enterprises to develop continually and harmoniously, it is of serious need to look into the question of how to implement innovative management in these privately-owned hotel enterprises at present.This paper are mainly divided into four parts: (1) the general introduction of learning-centered organizations, (2) the analysis of the necessity and conditions of establishing learning-centered organizations in the Pearl Hotel enterprises of Lian Yungang, (3) the construction model of establishing learning-centered organizations in the Pearl Hotel enterprises, (4) the practices and evaluation of establishing learning-centered organizations in the Pearl Hotel enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and shortcomings of the Pearl Hotel enterprises of Lian Yungang, this paper aims at these enterprises' condition, especially the fact that they are of family-owned, and stresses that establishing learning-centered organizations is the best way to solve the problems that exist in the development of these family-owned or privately-owned enterprises. In this way, the integrated performance of these enterprises would be improved and their ability of continuous development would be enhanced. What's more, this paper also states in detail how to implement the plans of establishing learning-centered organizations from the following two aspects: theory analysis and practice models, with the purpose of instructing the establishment of learning-centered organizations in the Pearl Hotel enterprises of Lian Yungang.
