Supermarket Chains Supply Chain And Distribution Aspects Of Risk Management Studies

In recent years, chain-supermarket has got a rapidly expansion and become primary retail trade. The distribution is the key part of the supply chain of the chain-supermarket. It's very important for the development of the chain-supermarket. The distribution risk will reduce the distribution efficiency of chain-supermarket, make the distribution cost higher and bring the loss of the whole chain-supermarket. So the deep analysis based on the distribution part of the supply chain of the chain-supermarket and the efficient risk management can reduce the distribution risk and improve the reflecting ability and safety of the supply chain of the chain-supermarket.Based on the related theories of the supply chain management and the chain-supermarket distribution, this essay researches the risk identification, evaluation and management. Firstly, this essay deeply analyzes the specific parts of the chain-supermarket distribution and identifies the core parts by SCOR model; secondly, based on the analysis of distribution core parts, gets the key risk factors and sets up the according risk indexes hierarchy system by CSF; thirdly, based on the related theories of AHP, the consistency modification of the judgment matrix in AHP, the group decision making model and the weighted aggregation method of fuzzy evaluation, sets up the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model of risk factors in the distribution of the supply chain of the chain-supermarket, introduces and the application of the model in detail by an example of a specific chain-supermarket, gets the evaluation result of distribution risk with some other factors such as the scale of chain-supermarket; at last, this essay sets up an early-warning system of the distribution of the chain-supermarket in risk, uses the respected risk management methods according to the interval-value of the risk.The main contributions of this essay are as follows:(1)Identify the core parts by the flow thinking of SCOR model.(2)Identify the key risk factors of the coring parts by CSF and set up the distribution risk indexes hierarchy system.(3)Concerning about the key factors of the distribution risk evaluation of the chain-supermarket comprehensively, classify the risk in interval form, and make the according early-warning method.
