In this paper, the purpose of the study is to find a powerful tool to promote and improve the performance of the company's strategy to achieve. Through the establishment of a sound performance management system, strategies can be decomposed into every pre-sale technical personnel, make a clear direction for the work of the staff, and improve staff performance. With a virtuous circle of performance management, the company sustained development, and achieving strategic goals.This paper first defined the concept of performance management and the relevant knowledge base, and introduced the main performance management methods. Then, this paper combined the basic X company, with a performance management processes main line, analyzed the status of pre-sale technical personal performance management, identified the main problems and shortcomings. This paper used the advanced concepts of modern human resource management to improve the tactics of performance management, and made sure that the performance management can support the corporate strategy. By changing the pre-sale technical personnel to the concept of performance management, this paper integrated mainstream methods of performance management to improve performance management operational efficiency, prompted the staff to upgrade the overall performance of the corporation to achieve strategic objectives in the process of making its own contribution.
