This thesis is a research about the development strategy of Jianhu Telecom. This strategy is in the situation that the enhancement of market competition and the company faced challenge from other telecommunication dealers. The purpose is to promote Jianhu Telecom to establish and maintain its developing competitive advantage.Firstly, the thesis expatiates on the current situation of domestic and international telecom industry, puts forward the research content and research method which aimed at the development condition of Jianhu Telecom. Secondly, the competitive condition of Jianhu Telecom is analyzed. It indicates the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of Jianhu Telecom by "SWOT" method and the consumer of it's company is analyzed. All those analysis provides gist to institute right marketing strategy. Finally, the market operation strategy is analyzed by using the 4P principle which means price, product, place and promotion, the tactics of product, price, promotion, service and place are elaborated. The idea is emphasized that Serve Heartedly And Customer, the important status of customer resource management in marketing strategy.
