In recent years the scale of South Korean direct investment in China is continuing to expand , now Korea has become China's the third largest partner of foreign capital user. Although the South Korean enterprises have been to the Chinese market for many years, but there are still many operating performance unsatisfactory for South Korean companies. In China, many Korean companies do not understand corporate culture of China, and unilateral application of South Korea-based management brings about a lot of problems. So many South Korean companies operating in China's failure in the final analysis is the question of corporate culture. Corporate culture, known as the world's most advanced , most scientific enterprise management theory and management thinking is becoming more and more important.Any management theory and management systems are rooted in the corporate culture established above. Specific social culture not only affects people's behavior in the community, and the impact of management theory and methods successfully from a culture into another culture. While countries in the management of organizational structure and there is a convergence of technology, but leadership and management behavior still has a cultural identity and difficult to change. For history causation, Korean social culture gradually coming into being under the influence of Confucian culture have key factor of paying attention to family ethic,showing respect for and obey parents and emphasizing social ethical,under such conventional ideas influence,DAHAN nation gradually came into being national spirit of paying great attention to education and revereing virtuousness,industrious and guileless,friendly and encouraging,go-ahead. The comparability of China culture and Korea culture supplies for favorable culture base of Korea enterprise devolep in CHINA.Therefore, the corporate culture of China and South Korea on the differences and characteristics matters a lot to better operation and development of South Korean enterprises. Of course,enterprise culture except influence of nation culture,and relating to leader culture,personal culture and organization.Hunan HEG enterprises in the development must be in line with China's political, economic and cultural environment.This paper deal with the actual situation of Korea HEG design the mode of operation of Hunan HEG companies and the establishment of Hunan HEG unique enterprise culture, so as to promote rapid development of the company to achieve the goal of world-class tube manufacturing enterprises.
