Since 1984,with the steady progress of reform and opening-up,corporate culture theories formulated by developed countries have been ushered into the Chinese market.Corporate culture,thanks to its positive influences,has received widespread attention from the business community and scholars.In the 21 stcentury,when market competition continues to intensify around the world,more and more companies will make inputs into corporate culture building to enhance their competitiveness.Relying on systematic analyses of corporate culture of various countries,the author has effectively explored the current situation of corporate culture,and,with the effective analyses in combination with the actual situations of the state-owned enterprises,the author has come to the assumption that corporate culture constitutes the core symbol of the overall building of the enterprise.In the future,corporate competition is not simply to vie for profits,but it is competition at the cultural level,which is gradually becoming a worldwide consensus.Taking advantage of his own work experience in the FAW Car Co.,Ltd.,based on the business development of the FAW Car Co.,Ltd.,the author has combined FAWCAR's corporate culture history,development and evolution with relevant development concepts and correlated them with the development and evolution of its parent company,i.e.FAW Group,and conducted a rather systematic,detailed and objective study.At the same time,the author has also analyzed,in a systematic manner,the ideas,methods and experience of the FAW Car Co.,Ltd.in the course of its corporate culture building,analyzed some existing problems in the building of its corporate culture,identified the causes,pointed out the opportunities,orientations and new problems that the FAW Car Co.,Ltd.may face in the "13th five-year plan" period,and proposed some specific implementation initiatives.
