With the continuous advance of science, and the development of economy. The globalization of information network and competing markets appeared .Now, the lifespan of the product becomes shorter and shorter because of the advanced technology and diversified requirements. Then how to shorten the period of the delivery , how to enhance the quality of the goods ,how to cut down the costs and how to improve the service level these are the main pressure the enterprises have to face. All these acquired the enterprises to make a quick response to the changing markets and develop the just products in a steady stream which can meet the people's demands to win this competition and expand markets.Optimizing the manufacture mode and find a good way to manage the resource, which is the effective method for manufactory to meet customer's requirements. And it is also a good way for a company to gain core competitive capacity. This thesis will discuss three kind of theory of how to manage manufacture, it includes JIT,OPT,MRPⅡ.Considering the character in the printing industry, this thesis will optimize the manufacture mode in GoodYear. It will focus on stock management and planning management. Through doing these works, the writer hope it can solve high raw-materials stock problem, and enhance the manufacture capability,and then gain the core competitive capacity.This thesis is composed of four parts, in the first part, we will discuss something about background and will analysis the purpose of this thesis. through analysing the production theory ,also considering the character in the printing industry, we will discuss about how can we find a method to solve the problem which we will meet in the manufacture process. In the second part, we will analyse the manufacture mode which has run in GoodYear. In the third ,we will bring forward the optimized mode, the fourth part is the verification part in which we will discussed something about validating the optimized mode.
