Capital Operations Of Power Enterprises In China And Countermeasures

China's rapid economic development results in a growing demand for energy. With the large fund entering into the Power Industry from private, Taiwan and foreign countries, China's capital operation mode of power industry like acquisitions, mergers and reorganization reform of shareholding system is becoming tenser. Part of the capitals take a form of listing a shell, at the same time, to extend their market share in the power resources field with abundant domestic capital. In this way, the large and medium-sized domestic enterprises focus on the power industry market, and look for a better integration goal to consolidate and develop its position in the power industry market. Now power enterprises has also made big progress,but series of problems still exist.This paper adopts a method of combining the theory and case analysis. In the study, some domestic and foreign power enterprises operating capital theories are introduced analyzed and quoted. By summering China's electric power industry existing problems and analyzing the reasons, the paper proposes solutions and countermeasures to power enterprise capital operation problems. Finally, a case of Huaneng Power International Enterprise Capital is analyzed to bring some enlightenment to the domestic power industry capital operation. The purpose of this paper is to better understand the connotation of capital operation of the power industry enterprises, and therefore more practical and operational countermeasures can be taken in the capital operation.
