According to the agreements on WTO, China has already opened its retail market of product oil at the end of 2004, and will open its wholesale market in 2007. As a branch of Sinopec, Hunan Oil Products Company is facing the drastic competition.Because of all kinds of reasons, Hunan Oil Products Company has a lot of disadvantages in its management of sale information, so it is more and more difficult to adapt the development of the modern interprise. Firstly, it hasn't enough function to analyze its result of the sale. Secondly, it can't analyze its customers. Thirdly, it can't correctly charge its present changeable datas in time. Fourthly, its tables are written by hand, so assistants always spend a lot of time on writing the table, not alalyzing the table. Fifthly, its assistants should always work hard and do lots of work again and again. All these problems make it difficult for the company to improve its management of the sale of its product oil and injure its ability of the competition in the market and the result of its management. At last, it can even damage its development and existance.As a result in order to strengthen the management of its sale of product oil, Hunan Oil Products Company has brought in the intelligent system of the business, basing on its present information system. It will first improve its sale of the product so as to solve the problems in the interprise.This article will base on the related technical theory of business intelligence and modern theory of management to deeply research the present situation of the sale and management of product oil in Hunan Oil Products Company and supply a model of business intelligent multiple data bank for the sale of the product oil. Bacing on the design according to the practical need and research, they carry out the model, and make the business intelligent system used in Hunan Oil Products Company.Through designing the business intelligent system of the sale of the product oil in Hunan Oil Products Company, the company can improve its management, especially improve the exact management that the interprise emphasis and the management of the relationship between its customers. So it can provide datas for the data bank, reduce the assistants' work , and improve its competition in the market.
