With the fiercer competition, more and more refined and professional management in Modern Enterprise, attention from more enterprise was paid to the enormous function of employee training for achieving the operation target. A large amount of capital invested in Employee training which gradually becomes emphases of talent development produce little output. This is mainly because of unsound and inadaptable training system.Training system character with ’four unification’ principle (unified training process, unified cost management, unified teaching staff construction and unified curriculum development) has been set up in SINOPEC Hunan Oil Products Company. The ’four unification’ principle plays an important role in promoting employee skill and spreading company culture and solves the problem of multi-responsibility and retraining in Hunan. With the reformation and development of enterprise and the increased demand for enhancing staff quality, training workload and the demand for training effect are increasing. The original training system characterized with central management cannot meet the demand of employee training. It mainly reflected by the following aspects:the in adaptation between training management process and the demand of large-scale training, the difficulty in training for first line employee, the lagging in curriculum development and teaching staff. According to the defect of original training system, the E-learning system and internal training system of gas station are introduced to redefine and construct the training system of Hunan Oil Company from the following aspect:training management process, employee training model, curriculum and teaching staff and so on. The new training system will better satisfy demand for the development of Hunan Oil Company and greatly improve efficiency of training. Some measures related to changing the training conception of leader, enhancing the collaboration between different departments, improving the quality of training manager, are provided to ensure the Smooth Implementation of improved training system.Some ideas, ways and means mentioned in this paper have been applied to the improvement of training system of Hunan Oil Company and are proved to be efficient and important to the progress of improvement.
