Since there are a lot of small and medium foreign trade businesses, it is of far-reaching significance to study the management information system integration in HN.This thesis begins review with the history of management information system and ERP, and then sums up their development, focusing on the application of ERP in the foreign businesses.Take HN company as an example. After a brief analysis of its structure and business flow, a new system integration framework is established based on business process reengineering, and a module design of its main process is also put forward.
