Regarding is in under the competition environment the modern enterprise, enterprise' s success needs the correct goal, but the goal realization finally must depend on the basic unit the personnel realizes, in particular basic unit sales personnel. Whether the sales personnel's quality does match with the operating post, is whether the direct influence business goal smooth realization and the promotion whole competitive ability key.Through the reference massive domestic and foreign about the quality evaluation literature, the author notes the present domestic and foreign very many scholars not to take the basic unit personnel's research. Mainly concentrates in the object of study choice in is elected the enterprise high-level, but are very few to a basic unit personnel' s research, studies to the basic unit sales personnel is at the blank condition. This article first through to its correlation concept, the theory and the method and the model elaboration, theoretically has an explicit understanding to the sales personnel quality evaluation. Again adopts the work analysis, thorough method determination sale personnel achievement targets and so on interview as well as personnel quality evaluation, and refine the sales personnel's basic characteristic, thus establishes the related quality evaluation model, finally take D Corporation as the example.This article altogether divides into six chapters, first chapter: The introduction, the paper research significance, the content and the characteristic carry on the summary.
