Research On Evaluation And Application About The Financial Competence Of The Listed Companies Basedo On Comprehensive Index

With the development of economy and technology, the competition among companies gets more and more fierce. What the managers concern about is that how to obtain and maintain competitive advantages. Financial competence that should be put more attention to is the important component of the company's core competence. Through strengthening the research of financial competence's theory and methods, companies may change their thought from concerning on external market structure to establish their own competence. At the same time, this study can improve and develop the competence theoretical system of the listed companies, which can guide company's daily operation and financial management, that will enhance competence in order to response to complex and volatile economic situation outside. In addition, by analyzing the financial competence of the listed companies, they can learn not only their own situation but also other companies in the same industry and then make appropriate financial strategy to improve the financial position, the economic efficiency and get sustainable development.Through relevant literature and reference to some scholars' research on company competence, this paper establishes financial competence evaluation system, and by comparative analysis and data processing, the study does some research on company's financial competence evaluation. Firstly, it introduces the research results of company competence and financial competence at home and abroad; Secondly, it elaborates the definition, characteristics and elements of the financial competence; Thirdly, this paper conducts quantitative research, and takes listed companies in logistics industry for example to establish evaluation system, and uses AHP to determine the weight of indicators, then uses comprehensive index method to set sequence according to financial competence; Finally, the research finds that the financial competence is dynamic; there are no enterprises which can get permanent financial competence strength. To achieve sustained competence strength, companies must make constant innovation.
