Hubei Province To Support The Independent Innovation Of The Sme Policy Research

In the movement of economical globalization,the competition of world economy has mainly become the competition of technological capability.Intensifying the competence of independent innovation grows the world-wide major concerning subject.To China,the major problem of our enterprises is the weak capability of innovation.It has become the key restriction to those enterprises of enhancing capability of the international competition.Researching the promoting system of industrial independent innovation by both the government and enterprises,which holds the practically instructional significance,is able to enhance the independent innovation of small and middle sized technological enterprises in Hubei Province.Combining with the existing research results and the requirement of economical development in Hubei,this essay analyzes the characters of innovative activities by small and middle sized technological enterprises,and illuminates how to build the fine external environment and better innovative environment to enterprises by the government.The enterprises will be inspired to develop the independent innovation to reduce the dependence of the exotic technology by the governmental policies and measures elucidated above.
