Uncertainty Selection Of Emergency Strategy Of Military Electronic Component Supply Chain Environment

In military electronic components supply chain, the recurring uncertainty of supply and demand, especially sudden demand and supply disruptions, have great influence on members of the supply chain, who thus need to seek for effective mitigation or contingency strategies.This paper is based on investigation on some complete machine manufacturing enterprises and component suppliers, who have encountered many problems in the emergency management and strategy options. Therefore, it is of practical significance to find out a scientific system of emergency management and selection of strategy.This paper first analyzes the military electronic components supply chain structure to identify demand and supply uncertainty sources. Then it puts forward emergency strategy for demand and supply disruptions based on investigations and researches, and provide the selection of emergency strategy under supply disruptions with procurement home and abroad, as well as under sudden demand concerning inventory costs, purchasing costs, procurement difficulties, frequency of use and other factors. In the end, this paper makes some recommendations of the implementation of the emergency strategy with practical concerns.This is a thematic research paper dealing with selection of emergency strategy in military electronic components supply chain. The research result and recommendations it makes are of reference value and practical significance in this field.
