The cluster supply chain networks are mostly located in Guangdong, Zhejiang province, which are composed of several single chains.Cluster supply chain refers to:in a specific geographical cluster, there are many institutions, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers, and even customers which belong to the same or related industry. The relationship between customer and supplier, is connected by a "trust and commitment" contract in an informal or formal way.Such a network which has agility organization is called "cluster supply chain"The small and medium sized enterprises in the network not only cooperate within a chain, but also compete and cooperate cross other supply chains, which can improve the enterprises’work efficiency and service quality, and circumvent the market risk in some extend.There are two models established in the paper with stochastic demand, based on (p,R1,Q1,R2,Qe) inventory strategy and (p,t,S,Se)inventory strategy to solve the inventory problem in the cluster supply chain. Then we get the total cost per unit time, holding cost per unit time, shortage cost per unit time of the two kinds of inventory strategies.The optimal strategy and the corresponding parameters can be calculated by heuristics and exact algorithms. Meanwhile, the decision process for emergency order and emergency replenishment in the two strategies are analyzed.This study breaks through the previous research which only use the method of system simulation to solve ordering strategy and regards the target that fits the practical application of the enterprise as the direction of research.By comparing two inventory strategy. I find the reasonable ordering strategy for the homogeneity enterprise in the cluster supply chain network, which can reduce inventory costs, reduce the risk of out of stock and get a maximum profit.We use the TCE (transaction cost theory), RDT (resource dependence theory), RBV (resource based theory) as the theoretical basis.Also, this paper provides a research method of horizontal cooperation for enterprises in the supply chain network.
