Web Page Design Factors Influencing The Behavior Of Network Completion Of The Investigation

As one product of computer technology advancement, web survey has already been substituted for traditional mail-based or phone-based survey method alongwith the widespread of internet all round the world. Compared with traditional ways, web survey owns many advanatages such as interactiveness, individuality, fancy user-interface, and so on, which all rely on related with the page design of web survey.Due to the broad adoption of web survey, researchers home and abroad have made lots of studies on web survey. In this article, a query is implemented on the basis of the databases CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and CDMD (Chinese Doctoral dissertations & Master's theses full-text Database). The result shows the lack of empirical studies on web survey in China. On the other hand, although the studies on web survey have begun earlier, while many focused, in-depth empirical studies have emerged, a systematic study on the page design of web survey is still rare. Accordingly, this article will make an exploration on this kind of systematic solution of the page design of web survey.This article utilizes the extended technology ccceptance model (TAM) as the research framework, partly adjusts the model according to the practical factors of the page design of web survey, introduces the appearance quality and operation quality as the external variables into the TAM, constructs the model about the influence of page design, and explores the specific influence of various design factors on the intention and behavior of completing web survey by correspondence.This article makes an empirical research by a questionnaire investigation on the experienced web survey correspondence. In this investigation, totally 563 valide questionnaires are received and the sampling data is analysed by SPSS in order to test the relevant hypothesis. Finally, based on the empirical findings and combined with relevant studies home and abroad, this arcicle put forward some suggestions on the page design of web survey for whom implement and study web survey.
