.3 G Technology Evolution Mechanism Analysis

Since the middle of the 20th century, the third technological revolution sweeps the globe which is represented by information technology .The human society enters the era of knowledge explosion. The cycle of technology research and development greatly shortens and new technologies emerge in an endless stream. The emergence of new types of technology, there is a category of technology known as the academic management of Emerging technologies. It is different from general technology, which has created a new industry or changed a existing industry and has a significant impact in the economic structure, highlighted the technological innovations of "creative destruction" feature. Emerging technologies on behalf of the future of the industry, and emerging technology industry will become the core of all industries, management of emerging technologies is becoming the key to success.Recognizing the inherent mechanism of emerging technologies and the dynamic mechanism, not only to deal with emerging technologies enterprises the management challenges of urgent practical significance, but also on the Government to develop technical policies and economic development strategy and readjustment of the industrial structure and so is of great significance, especially for developing countries to achieve sustainable development and more leapfrog development is of great significance.However, whether in the field or industry, the research on the evolution of emerging technologies is very little. Although in recent years, there have been some academic literatures on new emerging technology. But most academic research focus on the concept and logic analysis, industry attention is focused on the strategic flexibility, dynamic ability strategic tool; there is not more research study on emerging technologies formation and evolution of the mechanism. It is the starting point of this study that we believe only the system of the evolution of new emerging technologies of, can we truly understand new emerging technologies and reduce the uncertainty in the management processes of new emerging technologies, to give the enterprises and government some workable proposal on management of new emerging technologies.3G is 3 rd Generation for short, the third generation mobile communication technology. Its service covers voice, video and high-speed Internet access, to fundamentally change the traditional value that the mobile communication just only fixed telephone portable alternative. As a typical new emerging technology, it is vital for the development of the entire telecommunications industry. From the economic perspective, the development of 3G will be a great impetus on mobile communications and the whole communication industry; From the technical perspective, the development of 3G will make the use of new technology to greatly facilitate users and to create more room for development; From the industrial development perspective, because of the technological lag, foreign companies access to most of the profit from China and Chinese enterprises create growth with new technology, or the opportunity make substantial profits. China launched 3G, will be not only driven the development of operators and manufacturers, but it's also decided the entire telecommunications industry to a big leap from the overall perspective. Thus based on 3G technology, the influence of the research of firm capacity and the industry environment on the emerging technologies (3G) is not only a theoretical value but relevance.The evolution of thinking in this paper bases on the economics, management and biology. This paper studies on the dynamic evolution process and rule of the new emerging technologies from the formation to "creative destruction" which rely on 3G. The focus of the study includes that make 3G technology as a research object, research on the impact of technological innovation, market to the new emerging technology(3G)from the perspective of the collaborative evolution, analysis the industrial Organization environment of the new emerging technologies (3G),and study on the management strategies of the new emerging technologies. On this basis, this paper tests and proves the results by the process of 3G technology evolution.This paper does some tentative work of innovations as follows: (1) Researching on 3G this study uses the theory and views by economics, biology, and other disciplines of management, reveals the mechanism of evolution of the new emerging technologies by the analysis on technical, market, and other aspects and the research on industrial environmental.(2)Whether in the field or industry, the research which base on the mechanism of emerging technology evolution is very little. On the emerging technologies formation and evolution of the object of study is usually a particular technology, but a technical group - 3G technology as a research object in this study.(3)The conclusion of the study make analysis in the industry and enterprise dimensions which make the process of change to mobile communications technology, and gives suggestions accordingly to provide useful guidance for the "aftermath" countries when they manage the new emerging technologies to obtain competitive advantages successfully.
