Lijizhiyi is a academic works of Guo Songtao who was a scholar in Qing Dynasty. This book mainly refute the annotation of Zheng Xuan and the illumination of Kong Yingda. It is a important works among liji research literatures in Qing Dynasty. Liang Qichao considered, in his Chinese academic history in late three hundreds years, that the only two excellent liji research literatures of Qing Dynasty were Hang Shijun's xulijijijie and Guo Songtao's lijizhiyi. This book has been neglected by scholars for long time since its publishing. This article attempts to compare the manuscript edition and the block-printed edition of lijizhiyi, conclude its rule and the method of explanation, reveal the relation of origin to Wang Fuzhi's lijizhangju, analyze its achievement of explanation in the form of reading notes, and probe the result of liji research of Qing Dynasty scholars from the side.
