Research And Design Of An Enterprise Energy Management Appraisal System

Energy source is the important underpinning of national economy and important material basis of human existing and world development. Energy source, resource, and environment are the subjects that all the countries in the world interest in. Rational development and application of energy source are the important headspring of national economy and continual world development and an important embodiment of overall national strength of the country. Energy resource in our country is very rich, but population of our country is excessive, wastage of energy source is large and the utilization rate is lower, so waste is fearful. With the swift growth of economy of our country and uninterrupted elevation of living standard of people, energy source state is more and more serious. It represents in two aspects: One is the conflict between offering and need stands out increasingly; the other is the wastage of state energy source in each enterprise is large. Enterprises are the large families of energy consumption. Except research and development of new energy source and increase of its utilization rate, an important measure to solve the problem is to strengthen check and management of energy source consumption quota of the enterprise to realize energy saving management.Energy source state in our country from the points of energy utilization and management status quo in enterprises of our country is analyzed. Aimed at low utilization rate of energy source, not paying attention to technology and process during production, and enterprise shorting the checking system and management system in energy source consumption quota, the meaning, aim and content of energy source consumption quota management are described. According to the actual energy source consumption in our institute, a check and management system of energy source consumption is designed, which has some guiding meaning for increasing the utilization rate of energy source, reducing energy source consumption and scientific research and production costs and increasing market competitiveness of our institute.
