| Since entering 21 century, Chinese heavy and chemical industries have entered a period of rapid development, which accelerated Chinese economic growth. With the rapid economic growth, Chinese energy consumption increased rapidly. The verified reserves of energy such as coal, oil and natural gas are relatively small in China. Chinese sustainable development is facing energy, resource and environmental pressures. Chna clearly stated policy call for energy conservation, the development of strong corresponding measures in terms of tax, legal, subsidies, hoping to promote the smooth development of enterprise energy conservation work.To respond positively to the national call, Shenhua Guoneng adopted a series of measures to promote energy conservation in recent years, energy management through sound organizational system, strengthen the whole process of energy conservation and management measures, and achieved in terms of energy saving good grade. However, enterprises in the energy saving there are still some problems, which had a negative impact on the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, the research paper topic of energy saves, energy saving and emission analysis of status of the company development, energy-saving coal units were active and potential diagnostic evaluation. On this basis, according to the actual situation of the company to develop a specific plan of action for energy saving coal units, and a detailed analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of energy saving, energy-saving measures introduced the company’s two power plants to be taken.
