The electricity power enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition with the reform of the electric power market. In the long term, the level of human resources management will determine the key competitiveness of this enterprise in certain respect and dertermine the survival and development of the emterprise. Performance Management is the key of human resources management that determines the human resource management levels of enterprises. In order to promote the realization of modern electric power enterprise strategic target, it is urgent to create an effective performance management system.The article first introduces the concept, function and four circle about enterprise performance management, 360°-degree Feedback Plan, Management By Objective, Key Performance Index and Balanced Score card theory. Secondly, the paper focuses on XT Electricity Company as study object and introduces its present performance management ondition. Finally the thesis brings up suggestion about performance management system design and way to solve XT Electricity Company performance management. The article attempts to explore method and approach to solve performance management problem that XT Electricity Company meets.
