The Modernization Of Shenzhen City, The Housing Industry Development Strategy Research

Housing is such an important issue that is connected tightly with the national economy and the people's livelihood, and becomes the eternal demand of human beings. It is so important a theoretical and practical problem that needs to be solved at present and in the long run—how can we optimize the allocation of all kinds of resources put into housing production area and make full and high-efficient use of them, in order to achieve the following two targets at the same time. One is to supply more and better housing products to meet the growing demand of habitants for housing goods, the other is to produce housing goods with less resources, higher quality and higher efficiency, construct a environment-friendly society and promote the development of circulatory economy. And the trend is obvious, namely to implement housing industrialization firmly and steadily.Author of the integrated use of quantitative, qualitative and comparative analysis of evidence and regulate the research method to study and compare the housing industry in China and abroad of the gap.This paper firstly analyzes the background, necessity, and possibility of the housing industrialization of Shenzhen, and points out some main existing problems. Then based on an introduction of foreign countries' experience ,gives a description of the development trend, the development target and the development path of the housing industrialization and modernization of Shenzhen. Finally it brings forward some suggestions and builds up a framework on how to construct the development strategy of housing industrialization and modernization of Shenzhen. Such as founding some organization ,making the goal clearly , improving the policy system and so on.
