The Strategic Study Of Chinese Indemnificatory Housing Industrialization

Housing is vital to people’s livelihood, meanwhile indemnificatory housing is themajor method to solve the housing issues of middle and low-income groups. However,there are several problems emerged in the construction of indemnificatory housing:substandard quality, severe waste of resources and longer construction periods etc.Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearlyproposed that it is the key emphasis in government work to preserve the environment, toinsist the priority of saving and protecting the energy and resources and to maintain thenatural and low-carbon development. Therefore, it will be an effective measurement toemploy the way of housing industrialization into indemnificatory housing, which canalso satisfy the spirit of eighteenth congress and figure out the problems ofindemnificatory housing. This paper will do in-depth study on the theories and status ofindemnificatory housing and housing industrialization, based on this investigation, itwill proposes the strategies to the future development in the industrialization ofindemnificatory housing in China.From the perspective of theoretical study, this paper analyzes the necessity andpossibility of the combination between indemnificatory housing and housingindustrialization by applying normative research and comparative research method.Moreover, it also highlights the current achievements and problems in these two areasand the conclusion of the achievements in some experimental cities. Simultaneously, theUSA and Japan which are leading countries in public housing industrialization are usedfor reference. The research mentioned above provides the foundation of indemnificatoryhousing industrialization and summarizes the comprehensive strategy.The study indicates that housing industrialization can effectively settles theproblems in indemnificatory housing as well as break the situation of slow development.Creatively, this paper proposes the proceeding strategy of housing industrialization, oneof which is to build the indicator system of indemnificatory housing industrialization forbalancing the proceeding degree of this part.
