With the rapid development of economy and the overall construction of urban and rural integration,the demand for housing has been greatly increased.However,present the construction industry low level of industrialization,construction of rough,quality is not high,the extensive construction of large energy consumption,serious air pollution,short service life of buildings,the traditional handicraft construction mode.With the improvement of people's quality,the traditional way can not meet the high quality,high efficiency and so on.In the decades of the implementation of the housing industry in China,the industrialization of the main structure of the housing has been promoted.The lack of technical innovation and product innovation,the slow development and application of the whole process,seriously hindered the development of the internal parts system.The industrialization of our country is still in the initial stage,the technical standards and certification system is not perfect,the interface between the product interface is not comprehensive,the modular system has limitations,such as the integration of industrial chain problems.In order to promote the development of
