In the past several decades, the productive ability of software enterprise has been far behind consumer's demand. In the late 1990s, experts and scholars on software engineering and management found that the human resource management, as well as the development technology and process, is a very important factor that influences the software enterprise's performance. This paper aims at researching and demonstrating on the relevance between the software enterprise's human resource management and its performance to find out the significant factor influencing the performance and its influence degree in the human resource managementTo know the conditions of its human resource management and performance, a software enterprise is investigated by questionnaire. In evaluating the enterprise's human resource management, the evaluation index system is constructed by P-CMM, the index weight is determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process, and the human resource management is evaluated comprehensively from five aspects. In evaluating the enterprise's performance, the evaluation index system is constructed by BSC, and the comprehensive performance is evaluated by principal component regression. Then based on these evaluation results, the related factors influencing the enterprise's performance in human resource management and their difference between the high-performance group and the low-performance group are found out by MANOVA, the influence degree of these factors is figure out by Logistic Regression Model, and construct the LRM between enterprise's performance and five first-level indexes in evaluating the human resource management such as: Salary Management, Establish Team Culture, Performance Management, the development of organizations and individuals'capability, and promotion-and-appointment. Consequently, the best model for software enterprise's performance is gained. This research is helpful for software enterprises to evaluate their human resource management and performance correctly and objectively, and to conduct a profound consideration of relevant human resource management activities influencing their performance.
