A major feature of the software companies is having a large number of softwaredevelopment, maintenance personnel. They specialize in program design, development,coding, maintenance and other skills. They rely on personal knowledge and skills to createvalue. They are knowledge-based talent. For software companies, having a high level ofknowledge-based talent is the basis of creativity and exclusive advantages. Compared withother industries, the core competitiveness software industry is the competitiveness of humanresources. The development of software industry in Dalian and the number, quality, structureand cost of human resources in Dalian software industry, is closely related to the link. Dalianto do "Bangalore" must raise the level of development of human resources in softwareindustry of great importance.There are three dimensions to study the level of human resources of Dalian’s softwareindustry, number of human resources, cost and structure. The research is divided into fourparts, which are Dalian software industry human resources’ level, trends, research in thedevelopment, countermeasures.The first part is an introduction. This section introduces the background and significance ofthis study, researched the human resources of software companies at home and abroad,determined the ideas and content. The second part is the analysis of the level of humanresources data of Dalian software industry in the past decade, and the date comes from DalianStatistics Yearbook. Article will divide Dalian software industry into four types, which arestate-owned software companies, collective software companies and other softwarecompanies. y described the perspective of the number, structure, qualification and cost ofhuman resource in Dalian software industry Systematically. The third part is the trend ofhuman resource development in Dalian software industry. Fitting the data of attendance andrevenue of practitioners, professional and technical personnel, expatriates of Dalian softwareindustry in2000-2010with four models for time series prediction in SPSS statistical software.Scientific predicted and qualitative analyzed the number of employees and wage trends ofDalian’s software industry. The fourth part is to summarize the number of human resources,cost structure and other issues encountered in the development of Dalian software industry.The main problems are human resources total supply can not meet the needs of high-speeddevelopment of the Dalian software industry; the low-cost of human resources in Daliansoftware industry, a serious shortage of outstanding talent; human resource structure is not scientific in Dalian software industry, a serious shortage of technical personnel andblue-collar personnel. The fifth part is mainly about three gaps that are the number of humanresources, structure, and the cost, which found in the fourth part. From the introduction oftalent, talent incentive mechanism, construction of multi-level software training system, andthe establishment of overseas internship base, four aspects of targeted recommendations andcountermeasures. The sixth part is the summarizing of the whole article.
