With the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge resources have been an important factor of production after land, workforce and capital, knowledge sharing has gradually become the core, which played a decisive role in the knowledge management effect. Enterprise knowledge sharing is of great importance to improve its innovative ability and core competitiveness. The enterprise relationship network that built on competition and cooperation provides a good platform for the development of knowledge sharing. Therefore, a study on knowledge sharing in enterprise relationship network not only makes people have a clearer and more comprehensive understanding on the subject but also provides guidance and support for the development of knowledge sharing activity between enterprises.The enterprise is taken as a limited rational decision-making body in the study on knowledge sharing problem in enterprise relationship network. This article explores the decision-making rules on knowledge sharing of different enterprises by comparing the decision-making process and characteristics of knowledge sharing in different strength of relationship network.Considering that the knowledge sharing between enterprises in network should be premised on knowledge sharing between individuals and knowledge sharing between individuals and organizations within companies, hence, the study in this article is divided into two aspects: inside and outside of the enterprise, which mainly discussed from three levels knowledge sharing between individuals, between individuals and organizations and between enterprises.First, this article studied the influence factors and related regular of knowledge sharing between individuals within companies by qualitative and quantitative method. It was found that the decision-making of individual’s knowledge sharing was mainly influenced and constrained by the individual’s own factors and external relationship network. And relationship between individuals would affect the cognitive levels and psychological factors which would affect decision-making of individual’s knowledge sharing.Second, this article studied decision-making rules of knowledge sharing between individuals and organizations within companies by establishing a decision analysis model based on prospect theory of behavioral economics. It was found that a series of factors that influenced editing and evaluating would affect both individuals and organizations’ decision-making. And specifically, these factors mainly include the knowledge management system, knowledge sharing rewards and punishment mechanism, related information of decision-making and honesty-based corporate culture, etc.Third, this article studied the decision-making rules of external enterprise knowledge sharing in different strength of enterprise relationship network by taking advantage of the evolutionary game theory and methods. It was found that the benefits and costs of inter-enterprise knowledge sharing would affect decision-making of knowledge sharing through comparing the decision-making rules in different strength of enterprise relationship network. Raising the non-sharing cost of choosing non-sharing strategy simultaneously or making knowledge sharing profit more than free-rider gains will increase the probability of inter-enterprise knowledge sharing.
