Evolution Of Corporate Culture And Its Influencing Factors Research

With the deep research, people has been conscious that the enterprise culture has significant impact on the survival of organization and this effect can't be ignored in the process of the sustainable development. But recent studies always treat this problem in a static way, which only focus on the content, structure, evaluation, and construction of the enterprise culture. In fact, the change of enterprise and its culture is sustaining. So it's valuable to review the evolution process and its influential factors of enterprise culture in a dynamic perspective.This thesis, first make a literature review of the enterprise evolution and the enterprise culture evolution, to summarize the key concept, define the research subject and identify the theoretical basis. We abstracted the dynamic evolution process of genetic variation, selection and retention in the framework of enterprise culture evolution, then an evolution academic model is built upon these works. From the perspective of dynamic evolution, according to the open questionnaire, the authors take a qualitative research about influential factors of enterprise culture evolution by coding. We obtained four major categories of influential factors of enterprise culture evolution which respectively posed by two, three, six and four sub-categories: the general employee level factors, manager level factors, internal environmental factors and external environmental factors. Finally, further demonstration and analysis is carried out for evolutionary role of the four major categories of influential factors of enterprise culture evolution by four cases to support the construction of enterprise culture as a theoretical basis.
