| In industrialized countries,management issues play an important role,and many scholars are devoted to the study of sales management issues.In management theory,most of the authors study enterprise sales management only from one side.In fact,there is no comprehensive and systematic proposals on how to promote sales management.This research aims to fill this gap.In the market economy,the problems of sales management are particularly important,because when the competition of production and sales of products in various fields intensifies,it is important not only to produce a certain number of high-quality products,but also to organize effective distribution channels for finished manufactured products.Otherwise,even high-quality products will be lost due to overstocking and consumers’ disapproval.Effective product sales provide enterprises with fast capital turnover and reduce the circulation cost.Different promotion channels and methods are also crucial.The article is based on domestic and international standards,norms and legislation of stimulation enterprise sales activities,national statistical data,and UPE "YAVID" sales data.In the process of research,the research materials of domestic and foreign experts were cited.The first part,research introduction,are introduced the background,purpose and significance of the research,and reviews related literature.In the second part,are determined the theoretical basis of sales management,sales management stimulation,methods of sales management stimulation,the main elements of sales management activities,and the indicators of sales management performance are emphasized.The third part,are introduced the current situation of marketing activities at UPE “YAVID”,were analyzed its technical and economic performance indicators and financial situation.In addition,was carried out SWOT analysis.Through the analysis of the enterprise’s sales activities and indicators,were determined the problems faced by the enterprise in stimulation sales management.In the fourth part,according to the data obtained and the results of calculation and analysis,were formulated and put forward suggestions to improve sales activities,as well as measures to optimize sales activities.In final,there is the conclusion of the paper.The analysis of UPE "YAVID" shows that the enterprise has good development prospects and there are areas to be developed.The measures that can be used to optimize sales are as follows: implementing system of customer relationship management(CRM-system);carrying out "sales technology and psychology" training;using of fly cards.These measures help to reduce costs,increase sales,improve employee productivity,and increase customer satisfaction,which ultimately leads to increased enterprise profits and improves its position in the market. |
