| The minimum living standard guarantee system in rural areas is a very important question in our country .Especially recent years the study about the topic has gained significant progress. however, the majority of specialists think the difficult and importance of establishing minimum living standard guarantee system in rural areas determine to raise fund and effective use. In this article, the present writer think the mechanism of the minimum living standard guarantee system's withdrawal is the most important . If this problem is solved, the system will easily set up. So this paper gives some advice about how to set up and improve this system. This article consists of six parts.The first part is introduction. It summarizes the achievements of studying minimum living standard guarantee system in rural areas from the social and academic backgrounds, then it puts forward the topic of this article.
