Corporate Proprietary Technology Nurtured The Core Competitiveness Of Enterprises

The research of strengthening enterprise core competitiveness has become strategic problem of economic progress and received widespread attention of every country. In recent years, with the multi-level and multi-angle studies, several famous foreign scholars such as Porter, Prahalad and Hamel, as well as several famous institutions, such as WEF, IMD, etc, have already formulated their systematic theories and research methods, according to their wide comprehension on enterprise core competitiveness. In our country, there are many scholars who are making research on enterprise core competitiveness and have formulated a lot of views. However, most of views are all based on Capability theory, neglecting using the know-how inside the firm to influence the cultivation of enterprise core competitiveness. On the basis of the front and theoretical research of the core theory of the current domestic and international core competitiveness and practice, this paper advances a train of thought that is based on influence of the know-how to cultivate enterprise core competitiveness. Through researching the theory and development means of enterprise core competitiveness and the relationship between enterprise know-how and enterprise core competitiveness, this paper analyses the affected models to cultivate enterprise core competitiveness at the core of the know-how and the countermeasures that enterprise should take. Firstly, focusing on the concept of enterprise, know-how and core competitiveness, the paper analyzes their characteristics, composition, function and the comparison of related concept. And then it is systematic analysis of the steps and means of the core competitiveness to cultivate. Through logical reasoning, the paper analyzes the role of the know-how in the process of enterprise innovation, strategic alliances, in-house integration and corporate mergers. On the basis of this the paper analyzes the influence of know-how to cultivate enterprise core competitiveness by the theory and mathematical model. Finally, with practice, by using the corporate theory the paper analyzes the optimization strategy to cultivate enterprise know-how and measures that enterprises should take. Based on technology sources, enterprises can take self-development strategies, development cooperation strategies or usher in innovation again strategy. Technology-based competitive situation, enterprises can take the leading strategies or the strategy of follow and imitate. Enterprises implement management of enterprise knowledge, strengthen enterprise management of knowledge workers, set up a business technological alliance to promote development and utilization of the know-how. In this paper, the view is important significance of theory and practice that can provide a new way of thinking to rapidly enhance China's core competitiveness of enterprises.
