How to solve the above problems, further integrate the resources, cast a strong pharmaceutical enterprise group, speed up the development of medicine manufacturers and enhance the competitive power of an enterprise so as to obtain sustainable development, are the subjects worthy of researching and studying for pharmaceutical enterprises, local government and departments in charge of the pharmaceutical industry.Through the further interpretation on the theory of enterprise group, this research is to analyze the opportunity and challenge faced by pharmaceutical enterprises in Guiyang, to point out that under the current industrial circumstances, how to develop into large-scale enterprise groups has become the urgent affair and inevitable choice for pharmaceutical enterprises in Guiyang.This research has stated the reasons why pharmaceutical enterprises in Guiyang should choose develop into enterprise groups under the global competitive environment, and brought forward the goal for pharmaceutical enterprise groups and actively explored the effective modes and strategies suitable for enterprises group development of Guiyang's pharmaceutical enterprises.
