Study Of Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Intellectual Property Right Of High And New Technology Enterprises In Guiyang City

A high and new technology enterprise is a knowledge-intensive andtechnology-intensive economic entity. The high technology is the premise of itssurvival, and the intellectual property is its immaterial assets and engine of development.Whether a high and new technology enterprise has independent intellectual propertyrights, especially the quantity and quality of patent is of vital significance for itsdevelopment.Based on intellectual property rights, especially patent and trademark, of the highand new technology enterprise in Guiyang, through questionnaire investigation andstatistical analysis, this paper discusses the current situation of the process of thehigh-tech enterprise intellectual property management concerning intellectual propertycreation, management, protection and utilization, and analyses the characteristics andproblems of high-tech enterprise intellectual property development. By the correlationand multi-regression analysis of the intellectual property development, the followingfive conclusions can be drawn:1. Among the intellectual property investment factors, the intellectual property workinvest is the main factor affecting the development of intellectual property rights. Theyare positive correlations, i.e. the increase of the intellectual property work investmentrepresents the emphasis of intellectual property rights of the enterprise. The moreintellectual property invests, the better the intellectual property develops.2. Among the talents construction factors of intellectual property managementagencies, the intellectual property rights management talent and intellectual propertymanagement agencies are the main factors affecting the development of intellectualproperty rights. They are positively correlated.3. Among the intellectual property factors of the internal control system construction,the early warning mechanism of intellectual property tracking, intellectual propertymanagement system construction and the training of intellectual property rights are themain factors affecting the development of enterprise intellectual property rights. Theyhave positive correlations. The more perfect the internal controlling system is, themore effective, scientific and systematic the enterprise intellectual property management is, and the better the enterprise intellectual property develops.4. The three factors of intellectual property application are significantly correlated tointellectual property development. From the point of the correlation coefficient, patentproducts accounted for proportion of new products development of intellectualproperty rights is the most important, the next is the patent application rate, and thelast is the proportion of the patented product sales in total product sales.5. For patented products enterprise, the increase of enterprise sales is mainly drivenby the patent products.
