Research On The Construction Of Beautiful Coutryside In Guanshanhu County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province

The problems of agriculture, rural areas, farmers are the basic problems in the process of China’s modernization. These problems have restricted China’s modernization, such as the gap of urban and rural areas is widening, the development task of urban and rural development is difficult, farmers are still poor, rural education, health care, pension and insurance. In November 2012, "Beautiful China" was first proposed in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as a new concept, which is very important to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization, and it is also an upgraded version of the new socialist countryside construction. This congress suggested all classes in the whole society participate in the construction of "Beautiful China ", and all people should respect、adapt and protect nature. Therefore, the construction of "Beautiful countryside" is the only way to solve rural problems, and promote the comprehensive development of our country.Based on the description of theoretical concepts, combined with the economic and social development of Guanshanhu City, through large amounts of data and field studies, the paper analysis natural conditions and socio-economic conditions compacting on the construction of the beautiful countryside, and the SWOT analysis is adopt to analyzes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Guanshanhu’s beautiful countryside construction. On the other hand, some advanced experience of rural development at home and abroad are studied and referenced, such as Taiwan, Japan, USA, Zhejiang Huzhou, Zhejiang Anji, Jiangxi Wuyuan, Jiangsu Gaochun and Zhejiang Yongjia. Combining with modern information technology, the initial mode of the beautiful countryside construction of Guanshanhu City is proposed.In the last part, the author thinks that the construction of beautiful Guanshanhu City should combine with the actual situation of Guanshanhu City. Finally, five suggestion are give:(1) to coordinate and draw up scientific planning of the beautiful countryside; (2) to get priorities and establish mechanisms of the beautiful countryside; (3) to be good at operate and accelerate industry development of the beautiful countryside; (4) to root out the meaning and accelerate cultural heritage of the beautiful countryside; (5) to seize the key and push information construction of the beautiful countryside.
