Mountain Ecological Industrial Park Development Strategies

Circular Economy (CE), which is regarded as a new economic mode for enhancement of resources and ecological environmental performance, has been more serious concerned than ever before in China.CE is an ecological economy in itself and a practical model to promote sustainable development. CE puts emphasis on the harmonious development of economy and eco-environment. It gives attention to achieve harmony of common benefits between society, the economy and the environment.CE features making better use of resources and energy, minimize waste discharge , and the 3R principle—Reduce, Reuse and Recycle is its essential.CE is a scientific development concept. The aims are to obtain the most efficient and recycling utilization resources with the smallest resources consumption, to achieve minimizing waste discharge and ecological rules complied by human economical activities, to make the coincident between economical actives and materials recycling rules of natural ecosystem, and to come true "win-win" of economy society and eco-environment finally.The design and planning of the industrial park which is on the basis of Circular Economy principle not only enable the enterprises in the industrial park to play to their ecological advantages by the way of the circulation and storage of material, energy and information and the way of industrial metabolism, but also enable them to make good use of the resources and to protect our environment through the Feedback-loop process of resources-to-Products-to-regenerated resource.The paper analyzes and evaluates the development at home and abroad Circular Economy comprehensively, and studies the evaluation system of Circular Economy. Taking Nan Shan Industrial Park as an example and analyzing the status in quo of Nan Shan Industrial Park, the paper points out the problems Nan Shan Industrial Park exists in its Circular Economy development, proposes the strategies about the ecotype Nan Shan Industrial Park development, and in a way inspires other industrial parks at home being carrying on the Circular Economy.
