Qingdao City, The Industrial Structure Optimization Study Of The Human Capital Needs

At present,human capital is one of the important factors of regional economic growth,and the industrial structure reflects the regional distribution of resources and resource conversion capacity,which is the level of wealth creation.Both of the two factors reflect the different aspects of the regional economy.With the current trend of industrial structure optimization and people paying more attention on the human capital,study on association between human capital and optimization of the industrial structure has been gradually become one of core study on modern regional economic growth,which also give this research very important theoretical and practical significance.In these years,China's economic and social development has got rapid development.In this process,how much does the human capital contribute to the economic growth gets much attention from scholars.Qingdao,located in coastal areas, has got a sustainable and rapid economic growth,depending on its geographical and policy advantages.Also,the level of human capital is improved and the industrial structure is optimized constantly.As a result,how much effect does human capital make in the process of Qingdao's economic development and optimization of the industrial structure and how much human capital need be improved in the future's economic development,both of which are the problems need to be solved at the moment.Firstly this paper briefly reviews the theories of the human capital and the industrial structure.Based on the theories,it continues to study on the promotional effect of human capital on the industrial structure optimization and the feedback mechanism.Then on the base of constructing a model on the human capital demand of the industrial structure optimization,the paper analysis and projects the economic growth target of "11th Five-Year Plan" for Qingdao City,making a conclusion on human capital needs of the industrial structure optimization in Qingdao.Finally.on the above qualitative and quantitative conclusions,the paper promotes some suggestion on the industrial structure optimization,from the perspective of human capital.
