In the era of knowledge economy,rationalize and high grade industrial structure regional has become a significant feature of economic development.And regional industrial restructuring is a key factor in human capital.Human capital is a special form of capital; human activity has been put in social production,in order to promote the organic integration of the capital,then the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure as well.It has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance for guiding economic and social development and optimized industrial structure to research on human capital function in regional industrial structure.This paper,based on industrial restructuring and human capital,analyses Liaoning Province development and coordination of the industrial structure and human capital.It uses linear regression equation,Cobb-Douglas production function,Granger causality test and other econometric models to empirical analysis on human capital effection of the industrial structure adjustment.Finally,it gives some countermeasures and proposals on coordinating industrial structure adjustment with the human capital in Liaoning Province.The text is divided into six parts.A brief introduction overviews the theoretical framework and research results on domestic-abroad industrial structure adjustment and human capital.Meanwhile,it points out the purpose,significance,methods and innovation of this research.Chapter I,starts with the related theories of the industrial structure and the human capital. It analyses the evolution of the human capital and industrial structure in Liaoning Province.While using the standard model,deviate degree,and similarity coefficient calculation,I found that Liaoning industrial and labor employment structure is not high degree of coordination.There is a special,severe employment structure distortion in the upgrade of industrial structure.It is different from the "standard model" of specificity.Chapter II mainly analyzes the linear regression equation between the three industrial economic growth and human capital stock from 1998 to 2007 in Liaoning province.The stock of human capital not only supported three industrial economic growth, but also made more tremendous impact on secondary industry than primary industry and tertiary industry.Chapter III changes the Douglas production function into a economic growth model which contains four elements including human capital factors,in order to obtain the contribution rate of human capital to three industrial economic growths in Liaoning.The results show that the level of human capital growth promoted the three industries strongly,however,there is a structural excess supply of labor in the primary and tertiary industry,which restricted the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the overall economic development.Chapter IV,based on the Granger causality test configuration between the industrial structure and human capital,finds three industries development of Liaoning Province give demands to human capital level.However,every workforce in every industrial configuration does not promote three times industrial development and economic restructuring optimization.Chapter V,according to above,analyses the human capital function mechanism in Liaoning industrial structure adjustment.It is proposed to promote the coordination between the industrial structure adjustment and the human capital.
