The Longyan Red Tourism Development Study

Red tourism is a special tourism which has been developing rapidly. It is the combination of traditional education of revolution and tourism. The development of Red tourism satisfies the increasing spiritual and cultural needs. It is the inevitable requirements for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Great achievements have been made in Red Tourism for past four years. It has played a positive role on the economic, social and cultural development.Because Longyan is an important part of the Central Soviet Area during the Second Domestic Revolutionary War, it is rich in Red Tourism Resources. In the background of developing red tourism in China, the development of red tourism resources and the building of red tourist products, plays an important part in tourism development of Longyan City.First, according to the development of red tourism , this paper does research in red tourism planning. Then it makes a SWOT analysis on the development of Red tourism in Longyan City. Finally, it offers countermeasures to the development of Longyan's Red tourism .It can be divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is introduction, which discusses the background of research, the significance of research, domestic and foreign related research, research framework and innovation.The second chapter is the outline of research basis. It can be divided into two parts. The first part is about basic theoretical research of red tourism, including the concept and function of red tourism, the concept ,classification and characteristics of red tourism resources, the characteristics and market segmentation of red tourism,red tourism development model。The other is the supportive theory of red tourism development.The third chapter is about the problems of red tourism of Longyan and SWOT analysis. It discusses the problems and makes SWOT analysis on the development of red tourism in Longyan City.The forth chapter is about the overall layout of red tourism. According to the red tourism resources distribution in Longyan City,it makes suggestions to the division of red tourism resources, the construction of the tourists service centers and three red tourism axis.The fifth chapter focuses on product development of red tourism in Longyan City, including product development principles, red tourism projects and tourism product line design.The sixth chapter discusses protective measures of red tourism development in Longyan,including the protection of ecological environment, financing channels, and regional cooperation of tourism, tourism promotion and tourism service quality and so on.
