The Reaserch On The Development Countermeasure Of Longyan's Red Tourism

The red tourism is a newly-emerged tourism form which develops rapidly, and is also a hot topic in the world of the tourism at present. .The central government commences"the Red Tourism Project"throughout the whole country at the 70th Anniversary of Long March. Longyan is rich in tourism resources, and Longyan has been enlisted into"The Outline of The National Red Tourism Development from 2004 to 2010", which has been bringing a lot of opportunities for the Longyan red tourism. However, because of the insufficiency of the managing and operating system, the imperfection of basic facilities, the backwardness of local economy, together with the competition from neighboring region, the Longyan red tourism is facing many difficulties.We research and divide the developing measures of longyan's red tourism into four parts.In the first part, we analyze the developing prospects of Longyan's red tourism,including the Longyan's natural environment characteristics, social economy level, cultural characteristics, the red tourism resources and the Longyan red tourism market condition. Then explain the social value and the vital significance of developing the red tourism, the political value, the economic value and the cultural value for Longyan to develop the red tourism.In the second part, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and the challenges for longyan to develop the red tourism by the SWOT model, which provides the reference or determining the developmental strategy and the countermeasures for the red tourism.In the third part, we elaborated the government's status and functions in developing red tourism. Discussing the ways to strengthen the government's functions, such as planning, coordinating, managing, through displaying the government's leading role in the development of red tourism, Then, we establishes the developing measure of the Longyan's red tourism.At last, after the above analysis we met a series of countermeasure. With the countermeasure, we try hard to changes the inferiority into superiority.This paper elaborates the red tourism development countermeasure by the SWOT analytic method, analyzing the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and thechallenge of the Longyan's red tourism, emphasizing the leading role of the government in developing red tourism. The paper discuss how should the government display its leading role in the public management, make the red tourism industry developing healthily and effectively, devote to the promotion of the local economy and enhance the people's lives by the development of the red tourism.
