Open Under The Conditions Of China's Industry Security Research

Since reform and opening up,as the scale of foreign capital entering the country has expanded year by year,foreign capital has entered the industry gradually deepening each year, people bring the tremendous spillover effect and the demonstration effect of foreign investment much appreciated,but it also bring issues on the industrial safety by foreign investment。Especially on the eve of accession to the WTO,with China's upcoming accession to the WTO,China will gradually open domestic market and allow foreign capital into our own industries in accordance with WTO rules。People worry that once the foreign capital has massively entered into China's market and industries,some industries will be difficult to resist the positive impact of foreign capital,that will be a serious impact on China's industrial safety。But accession to the WTO over the past six years,not only our industry has not been easily defeated by foreign capital,conversely some industries became more and more vitality。In particular auto industry when people were most worried about is a thriving scene performance now。The reasons for the difference between concerns and reality are people's awareness of the errors of the industrial safety。Because the discussion on the industrial safety has increasingly heated,this paper will establish China's industry safety evaluation system by linked with China's current conditions closely,and make some attempts on the preliminary study of the evaluation theory of industrial safety。In this paper,carding domestic and foreign theoretical research literature on the theory of industrial safety,at the basis of close connection with the actual development of China's industry,the paper puts forward a new concept of industrial safety under the open environment by analyzed and compared the views of the scholars。Then the paper make a screening and analysis on the existing measure indicators of a system of industrial security。After in-depth analysis of external and internal factors of the impact on industrial safety,the evaluation index system will be established with reference from existing measure indicators of the industrial safety system。The paper makes an empirical estimation on China's industrial safety by based on the application of this system。Finally,the results of this study on the methods and recommendations to raise the defense capability and control capability of the industry will be concluded,thereby that can continuously improve our industry's the capacity for survival,development and sustainable development and truly effectively protect China's industrial safety under open market environment and the international situation。...
