The competition becomes more intensive accompanied with the globalization, though China market has the unique characteristics of diversity, complexity, growth, it has already been the market which is important to every transnational corporation. In order to get the sustainable competition advantage in China market, T Electronics Corporation has to adjust the strategy and innovate the management.Along with the development of electronics manufacturing, being the largest of passive components supplier, T Electronics Corporation will lose the world leading status if lose China marketing due the looming importance of China strategic manufacture status. Since last year, the price of non-ferrous metal and petrochemicals increased sharply, the profitability of whole industry dropped a lot. Through the reviewing the affection of globalization of world economics, we analysis the difficulty of electronics manufacturing enterprises in China current situation and review T Electronics (China), operations, try to find out the practical way of T Electonics (China) in the intensive competition. And we propose the possible competitive solution in China market in every links of R&D, products, sales and service.
