Facing today’s external markets and increased competition, Enterprise survivalspace compression and a series of sharply negative circumstances, if an enterprisewants to seek development in the fierce market competition will require from thestrategic height to overall layout of the enterprise’s future development and planning.Performance management as a very important aspect in the development process ofenterprises, which are in effect gaining or have a decisive effect on the success orfailure of the enterprise’s future development.In our country, a lot of corporate performance management system is not perfect,the reason is primarily because most of these enterprises performance evaluation islimited to the examination of the financial indicators and other indicators in thecontext of evaluation is rarely mentioned, which greatly hampered the developmentand expansion of enterprises. Are so many enterprises in China need to establish aneffective performance management system, to ensure that the Group’s strategy can beeffectively translated into practical work and achievement of performance continuedto improve.This paper uses a combination of theory and practical methods, guided by thebalanced scorecard theory, using methods such as surveys and analyzes the selectedinstance performance management present situation and existing problems of the JGgroup, combined with the realities of the JG group for the JG group designed aperformance management system based on balanced scorecard. In order to guaranteethe balanced scorecard to JG group to effectively implement, also some relevant rulesof the Organization and implementation of the performance appraisal for a simple design and how to guarantee the smooth implementation of the new performancemanagement system of the JG group for comments.I hope that JG group through the introduction of a performance managementsystem based on balanced scorecard abstract group strategy in the past can bedecomposed into practical work, ensure the JG group strategy can be implementedeffectively; promoting JG Group’s core competence, the JG group in an increasinglycompetitive advantage in the domestic steel market. In addition, related research partfor other Chinese enterprises, especially State-owned iron and steel enterprises have avery important reference for reference.
