This thesis mainly studies the performance appraisal of YZ department store,which will benefit to the organization's operation,including two research contents.The first,transform the company's strategic targets to indicator system by balanced scorecard.While the indicator system must adapt to the company's environment and in according with the current situations,and at the same time meeting the needs of employees.The second part is about utility:the study of the management behaviors on the basis of the indicator system.What contains the following details:how to associate indicators with management behavior?What is the relationship between them?How to employ management behavior to improve performance?Chinese retail industry had developed with fiercely competitive.This department store is just at the start-up stage,to survive in such an environment seems difficult,so that the company must improve it's management level.Only in this way,the company can possesses a better operation capability which relate to a better development and excellent performance in market.So that,the company can obtains better resources and makes best use of these resources,which result in the company being eventually successful.The structure of the thesis is mainly composed of two parts,the analysis section and the research section.The analysis section includes theoretical analysis and status analysis.The theoretical analysis includes the theories of performance management,organizational behavior,the balanced scorecard,etc.The status analysis contains:the circumstance and internal situation of the company,the situation of the performance appraisal.The research section is the design of indicator system and management Research what has been shown in the first paragraph,and this part also studies how to implement this system better.There are three methods used during the research:Theory analysis method,Questionnaire method,Qualitative&Quantitative method.The innovation point is that the practical aspect is fully considered,contains two parts,the first is the combination of Performance Appraisal and Organizational Behavior,makes the operability of the system stronger,and more perfect,this belongs to theoretical innovation.The second is the connection of the enterprise strategy and management behavior,which helps the company to improve its management level,aims to implement its strategy more efficiently,this is an innovation in practice.
