As LaoZi said, everything has the negative in and contains the positive, they are in the harmony. So the harmony is the base of everything existing, and symbolizes the health. Entity and sociality also can't be split from the harmony. To make a harmonious sociality is the main task of our country. Because entity is a cell of sociality, a harmonious sociality can't exist without a harmonious entity. Thus, to build a harmonious entity is vital.The author works in the foreign-invested company, which can be called A company here. A company encountered a big issue which people turnover rate showed very high. This is an alarm for the harmony breaking. The author wants to use the knowledge-learned in Fudan University to analyze and optimize the psychological contract model with the help of teachers and classmates.This article firstly introduce the concept of psychological contract, describes its development status, and two-dimension/three-dimension/multi-dimension psychological contract. This article will adopt a suitable concept for A company. And, the importance of the harmony is be strengthened from the point of safety and environment and cost so on. Thirdly, the relationship between the harmony and psychological contract be analyzed, and tell that good psychological contract is essential for the harmonious company. And then, using Guest Psychological Contract Model, A company is analyzed for the psychological contract based on the collected data. The root causes are found and the common cause is the production-oriented management model. Last, a new psychological contract model is rebuilt. Some measures (like organization culture, communication, people-oriented management model) are taken for this model implementing, and scoring tools are tried to be used for testing psychological contract. A selected department is tested for the model effectiveness.Due to the limited time, this article will have some defects because of the author's limited knowledge.
